Provenance: Field Collected by Rene Guyot in the 1960's-70's.
Notes: This is a fine Bassa ma mask. Features such as the
bulbous forehead and diminutive mouth are classic Bassa; this
example is a true archetype. Carved from hard wood with a
patina that is deep from extensive handling.
